My background is in strategic communications — research, message structure, audience, and the discipline of saying the right thing to the right people at the right moment. It's the work behind every campaign, launch, and difficult announcement that actually lands.

What I've found is that most people don't need more theory. They need someone to sit across from them, ask the right questions, and write it all down in a way they can act on tomorrow morning.
